- Is ubiziwe free?
- Yes — creating and sending invitations, tracking RSVPs and hosting a registry are free during preview. ubiziwe Premium is $9/month for premium templates, 10-photo galleries and event QR codes, and you can cancel anytime.
- Do my guests need an account or an app?
- No. Guests tap your link, search their name if needed, and RSVP. No sign-up, no download.
- Can guests bring a partner or children?
- Yes. RSVPs record party size, so a guest plus three dependants counts as four in your totals, and your guest list shows the party grouped together.
- How do guests send cash gifts?
- By card or Apple Pay through secure checkout, or directly with your Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal handle. Guests get a printable receipt and you can see exactly who gave what.
- What is group gifting?
- Set a goal on any cash fund and guests see a live progress bar with the amount raised and how many people have contributed.
- Can ubiziwe turn my printed program into a digital one?
- Yes. Upload a PDF, Word document, text file or even a photo of your printed booklet and AI converts it into your interactive digital Event Program.
- Can guests see the program before the event?
- Only if you allow it. You can keep it hidden, reveal it automatically when the celebration begins (with a guest countdown), or make it live at any time.
- Can guests add the event to their calendar?
- Yes — Google Calendar, Apple (.ics) and Outlook, with the correct time zone, venue and notes. Addresses open directly in Google Maps or can be copied with one tap.
- Does ubiziwe help me plan?
- Yes. The free AI Planning Advisor answers questions on timelines, budgets, guest lists, invitation wording, etiquette and order of service.
- Can I install ubiziwe on my phone?
- Yes — it installs as an app. On iPhone open the site in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android use the install prompt in Chrome.
- What kinds of events are supported?
- Weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, baby showers, Valentine's, thank-you notes and other milestones, with curated template collections for each.
